See mill stones grind wheat into flour and talk to Mick the Miller to find out more about the workings of the mill.
The waterwheel at the mill is operational every day . When waterlevels in the mill pool are low the wheel will be run at intervals or on request. Although always turning, the wheel is only connected to the milling machinery on the first Sunday of the month when a miller is on site to demonstrate and supervise the grinding of corn.
